What to expect
We are a nonjudgmental environment catered to all ages, sizes and conditions. Our goal is to bring the light of yoga and alternative healing to the masses. Allowing everyone to have their own unique experience is key to continuity of practice. We are here to help in any way!

- Shoes and socks will be removed
- Silence cell phones
- There is a changing room and mats, blankets, blocks, straps and restrooms are available.
- If this is your first class please wear comfortable clothes that will not constrict or “get in the way” of your practice.
- Feel free to bring your own mat, blocks, etc.
- Drink your water! The human body is made up of around 80% water and we need to hydrate regularly.
Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel any Personal/Group Yoga, Skincare or Reiki appointment call 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to 100% of the reserved service cost. Thank you
