Public Reiki Share

This Reiki Share, is a free event, here to connect the Physical Body, Mind and Emotional bodies to this powerful Japanese healing modality. Whether you’re new to Reiki or have experience, this is a great opportunity to take a moment to stop, check-in, practice awareness and connect. First come first served. Newcomers are given front of the line status. The time duration for each individual will depend on how many attend and how many Reiki Practitioners are present. Whether you plan to come by yourself or with your family and friends you can’t go wrong. Either way, take a moment for yourself. Looking forward to seeing you there!

November Happenings

Happy November Everyone!

Lots of amazing things are happening this month.  I will be teaching adult and kids classes at the City of Fairfield and kids program at the City of Suisun.  If you are a resident check it out.

Positive Yogis KIDS! is a fun and interactive way to introduce children and pre-teens (4 ~ 12 years) to the world of Yoga.  Our program is about familiarizing your little pretzel with self-expression and self-control. Each class will lead into the next experiencing:

Yoga, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, OH MY!  My new adventure is here!  Studio 205, 1122 Western St. Studio 205 in Fairfield is a Wellness Center catered to our clients specific needs.  Our Grand Opening is May 1, 2016 and it would be an honor to have you at our celebration!  Come down and experience different key ways to living a healthier lifestyle.  

This is an open minded, professional setting for those who want to bring their holistic craft to the public.  We are open to any and all who would like to rent space for a workshop or class!  Shelf and wall space available for rent. Call today for details.

Hi Everyone!  It’s Kristen “Kryss” Cote here with a few announcements of what the local happenings are.  As a lot of you may know we were planning to move out of state.  This is no longer a reality and we will be staying right here in the beautiful Bay for quite a while!  So join me in bringing all the wonderful community building activities to light.  All humans a predisposed to help and love others.  By actively participating in local happenings we can bring about the change we are all looking for.
