November Happenings

Happy November Everyone!

Lots of amazing things are happening this month.  I will be teaching adult and kids classes at the City of Fairfield and kids program at the City of Suisun.  If you are a resident check it out.

Studio 205 Wellness Center:

November is FREE YOGA FOR VETERANS!  All classes are free for the month so pass the word.

Positive Yogis KIDS! 5 week session starts this Saturday November 5th – December 3rd

Positive Yogis KIDS! is a fun and interactive way to introduce children and pre-teens (4 ~ 12 years) to the world of Yoga.  Our program is about familiarizing your little pretzel with self-expression and self-control. Each class will lead into the next experiencing:

Asana

Breath work or Mindfulness

Art Projects

Basic Anatomy

Yoga Origins

 12:30pm – 1:30pm

$10 hour class/$5 per sibling

STUDIO 205!

Yoga, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, OH MY!  My new adventure is here!  Studio 205, 1122 Western St. Studio 205 in Fairfield is a Wellness Center catered to our clients specific needs.  Our Grand Opening is May 1, 2016 and it would be an honor to have you at our celebration!  Come down and experience different key ways to living a healthier lifestyle.  

This is an open minded, professional setting for those who want to bring their holistic craft to the public.  We are open to any and all who would like to rent space for a workshop or class!  Shelf and wall space available for rent. Call today for details.

Every session I feel I move deeper into my spiritual journey

So if you have not had a Reiki facial….you are missing out! One of my most favorite days of the month is when I get to go see Kristen Cote for my Reiki Facial. Not only do I walk out with nourished skin, I walk out with a nourished soul. I love that she uses only natural facial products! I also love the hot towels that she uses to steam my face and then extract when needed. Her healing hands, gentle approach, and intuitive mind has led me to new discoveries about my body and the connected emotions. Every session I feel I move deeper into my spiritual journey.
