Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along a throw blanket for comfort, favorite journal, pillow to sit, etc.  This is your time to soak in the energy so you want to be as connected and comfortable as possible. Please feel free to bring snacks (preferably Vegan) to share or flowers to brighten.
